Thanks for the update Rob.   I trust that we can beat this situation.   This is "NOT" a rural community anymore and if our city fathers and supervisors look ahead in 10 to 15 years, this "PRISON" will be the central part of our fine city surrounded by new homes and commercial businesses, schools, hospitals and the like.   Does a "PRISON" really fit into this kind of an infrastructure ????
